Da este pumpe duse motorul BRB. Citeste pe net despre principii de functionare al injectorului care are pompa injector integrat in el diferit ca functionare fata de injectorul simplu cu pompa separata.

Ceva pareri. M-au disperat injectoarele astea. Am schimbat oringurile, seibile de cupru si incluziv bolturile de comanda. Le-am schimbat si intre ele ca nu cumva sa fie din cauza mufelor/instalatie...idem
In mers se aprinde ESP-ul si se limiteaza putin api isi revine si merge ca inainte. Culmea e ca pe acel injector cu (-) minus 1 si ceva nu da eroare. In poza nu apare dar e vorba despre injectorul 3 care se duce in -1,68. In schimb vad valori cu diferente mari in grupul 23.

Dupa schimbarea oringurilor si bolturilor am refacut reglajul lor de vro 3-4 ori la diferite unghiuri. Ultimul reglaj care l-am efectuat a fost la vreo 320-340 grade; asa nu mai da erorile repede decat dupa ce ia niste forje mai tare....inainte aparea aproape imediat eroarea cum treceam de 2000 rpm

Astept niste pareri.




PS. motorul este 1.9 PD AXR

alyvo vezi ca reglajul suruburilor la injectoare se face intre 180 grade si maxim 270 grade. In general se regleazal a 180 hai maxim 220 grade.

Esti sigur ca ale tale au fost reglate la valoarea aia mentionata (320-340 grade) ?. Suruburile de prindere si reglaj a fost inlocuite cu unele noi ?. Exista posibilitatea ca uneori suruburile injectoarelor sa se intinda, la propriu.

La 180 de gr cum apasam acceleratia se aprindea Esp-ul....si asa am incercat mai multe reglaje....daca le reglam la mai putin de 180 de gr avea trepidatii iar cum am inceput sa maresc unghiul au inceput sa dispara vibratiile si au inceput sa intarzie sa apara erorile. am inlocuit si suruburile si bolturile.

ai umblat la distributie si la pinionul pe care vine la cureau ce invarte axul cu culbutori ca de acolo se regleaza si avansul motorului ..vezi poate nu e pusa bine la punct conteaza foarte mult ? ...pune vagcom si vezi in relantiu cate RPM are,a mea sta in 840 RPM
in relatiu imi arata consum 0.4 l/h

Daca te uitai atent in poza a 3-a se vede ca e pe 0 avansul. De reglat stiu si eu de unde se regleaza avansul iar distributia nu are aface cu erorile pe cele 3 injectoare. Eu am cerut in schimb alte pareri.

nu am fost atent la poza 3 ...eu am avut consum mai mare si trepidatii datorita injectorului 2 care avea valoarea 2.99..dupa schimbarea lui altfel merge motorul.

va rog un sfat, mi-a murit gazul de 2 ori astazi si n-a mai tras am oprit si am pornit din nou audi a4 1.9tdi motor Bke ,sa fie de la injectoare si la ce pret se gasesc,mersi pt.raspuns
