the gethering will be organised in Novi Sad-Cenej.
With a rich program, promoters, DJs, contests, food, drinks and plenty of other attractions as well as a few surprises we are waiting You to join us for unforgetible gathering!

In the evening when the All Inclusive program ends, the party continues with drinks, food (menu by your choise) and live music.
You have the ability to sleep in Vojvodina ranches at very affordable prices (so you do not need to worry about drinking ), As well as the possibility of camping (a great place for campers with the water, shower, toilets, etc ...). - Date: 25/06/2011. Saturday
- Start: 10h
- Agenda of activities:
10:00 to 11:00 Registration;
11:00 to 11:30 Opening ceremony and press conference (welcome by the Chairman of the Association ACS);
11:30 to 12:00 getting acquainted with each member along with refreshments and organized a joint photograph;
12:00 to 14:00 The promotional drive through the city of Novi Sad with a police escort
14:00 to 17:00 each other socialize, exchange experiences, refreshments and a rich program with DJs, promoters ...
17:00 to 19:00 Lottery game with a rich prize
19:00 to 19:30 Closing ceremony and final discussion
19:30 to 20:00 Gathering for dinner and party
20:00 to 01:00 Dinner (buffet), party till the early hours with live music

- The price of dinner: 7 euros (included Audi bracelet with which you will be able to eat from 20h to 01h after midnight with no limite). Dinner will be: buffet that includes chicken, rolled, rolled pork, pork on the spit, salad, bread.

- Prices of accommodation and capacity:
ALL ACCOMMODATIONS ARE CLOSE TO MAIN EVENT. Every accommodations are in "Vojvodjanski salas" or a motel.
1. The first farm ("Salas") receives 14 people (4x double rooms, triple rooms and 2x). Price per night with breakfast (Vojvodina meaty breakfast) is
15 euros per person.
2. Second accommodation is motel and receive 15 people (5x triple rooms). Price per night with breakfast (Vojvodina meaty breakfast) at the 15 euros per
person.
3. The third cottage was designed in ethnic style and is available to the whole house which received 6 people (1x triple room, 1x double room, 1x
single room). Price per night without breakfast is 15 euros per person.
4. The fourth farm receives eight people (two bungalows on the floor receiving the four men in a bungalow). Price per night per person is 15 euros without breakfast.
The possibility of charge for breakfast (Vojvodina meaty breakfast) 0.2 euros
5. The fifth farm receives 8 people (4x double rooms). Price per night without breakfast 15 euros per person.
It would be nice to confirm the reservation for accomodation so we know the around number of peoples who is comming and stay for the night.

- The possibility of camping in a place where the meeting is held. Beautiful mown grass, fresh water, toilets. Price per night per tent is 0.5 euro

- The area where the summit is over 3.000m2

- Foreigners pay the tax which is 125din (1.25eur)

- ON THE CONFERENCE IS NOT ALLOWED TO BRING YOUR OWN FOOD AND DRINKS!
